Material of Couplings:
Although special metallurgy is available, the preferred materials for the couplings are carbon steel and 304 stainless steel. Carbon steel couplings are supplied with Black Oxide coating to protect against corrosion. Back to form.


Required Delivery
DUR O LOK® Couplings are available in both a standard and high temperature design. Standard design DUR O LOK® couplings are typically constructed from carbon steel or 304SS, employ elastomeric type o-rings, and are for applications below 450°F. High temperature DUR O LOK® couplings are typically constructed from 321 SS (other materials available), employ a Graphoil® type gasket, and are for applications exceeding 450°F. Back to form.
